Why The Village?
Not everyone is so lucky to find their village right away. Some people are born into it, others find it as they age but in reality - we are all striving for the same thing. A place where we can learn from each other, grow, have shared experiences and create bonds that last. Homeschooling, in whatever form you choose, is a journey that brings you closer to yourself. Who you want to be, who you want to surround yourself with and what you want to immerse yourself in. Why not do it with a village of people who can support you? Who you are and your story is important.

● Our Story
Meet Savannah & Dan
Hello & welcome! We're so glad you’re here. We are Ventura natives, business owners, parents, husband-wife, over-thinkers and homeschool/unschool teachers. We started our wedding planning, floral & design business, Anthology Studios, in 2014 as a way to help tell love stories. When the pandemic hit our industry with an immediate halt, it gave us time to reflect and realign ourselves. We were reminded of how important our roles as parents are and we became a homeschool family. This part of our story turned a new page and new insight into what was needed. Our children were still elementary age when we did the big switch but as they became teens we saw the quick decline of opportunities for their age group. We knew we had to do something. This age is a huge milestone as most are finding themselves and we want to help guide and nourish all the thoughts, interests and goals. We want to take the big jumps with them and give them a village to learn, feel seen, feel heard and confident as they approach their lives. Our story means helping others find theirs.
